Location Confirmed!- Our wedding, at least the ceremony, will be taking place in the Renaissance
Faire park at Rotary Park in Wentzville, Missouri. As some people know, this place has meaning for us because a.) we
both like Ren Faires and fantasy, and b.) we shot our first film together as producer and director there. We'll be holding
it on one of the stages in the front of the park, where there is plenty of bench seating. We'll be bringing in chairs
for those who make a special request for them.
Stay tuned for an announcement of where our reception will be. It will likely be either
in another area of the Ren Faire park or in a shelter house in Rotary Park.
Fantasy Theme Chosen!- Mikhail and I chose a fantasy theme for our wedding, but we are also incorporating
some of our other interests, such as Japan (where he was born) and Star Trek.
Wedding Date Set!- We've set our wedding date definately on July 19, 2008, rain or shine!
The wedding will be outdoors, somewhere with a shelter in case it rains. So far, our main place we're looking at is
the Renaissance Park at Rotary Park in Wentzville. If that falls through, it will be in another local park.
